"Your task is not to look for love, but to look for and find all the barriers you have built against it." (Jalal al-Din Rumi)

A relationship is a desire of many and many of us, yet it may arouse in us fears, mistrust and difficulty in creating it.

The training process for creating a relationship is a focused, practical and goal-oriented process: to enter into a relationship and create a healthy and loving relationship.

During the training, we will need the desire for a relationship, we will understand what blocks or interferes with creating it, we will create a positive and healthy relationship model, we will identify and change limiting beliefs to promoting beliefs, and we will receive practical tools to create it in apps or in any other way that suits the trainee.

As part of the process, we will strengthen essential internal mechanisms such as self-worth, self-love and self-confidence - all of which are very necessary for creating a relationship and maintaining a healthy and happy relationship.

The meetings are held on Zoom, in Hebrew or English and are suitable for women and men.

"Eighty percent of life's satisfaction comes from meaningful relationships." (Brian Tracy)

Relationships today are our biggest challenge.

Our happiness, according to recent studies, lies in the nature of the relationships around us and our level of satisfaction with them.

In a fast-paced world and in such an intense reality - especially during the Corona period that has challenged and continues to challenge many couples - the relationship often turns into a real battlefield.

If it is due to burnout, marital crisis, betrayal or another event, marital needs are pushed to the corner. plus excess tasks and environmental erosion - and the results are not long in coming; The relationship deteriorates and is damaged, and the need to restore it becomes desperate.

Couples training is a focused process designed to help couples in a marital crisis significantly improve their relationship and rekindle the fire of passion and love. During the training, the couples experience a transition from an unconscious relationship to a conscious relationship. They become more aware of what activates them, how they communicate or manage conflicts, their needs, the natural gaps between them - and of course receive practical tools to improve the relationship and feel passion, closeness, trust and security again.

The couple training process derives its principles from the principles of general training (coaching) and is considered to be relatively short-term and very effective. The process is also suitable for same-sex couples.

"Between the stimulus and the response there is a space. In this space we have the power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and freedom."
- Viktor Frankl, physician and psychiatrist, founder of logotherapy, author of "Man's Search for Meaning"

We all want to live a calm and good life: to feel good about who we are, to act from confidence and inner approval, to be able to remain calm in the face of the challenges we face, especially in this period, to feel an experience of strength and ability, and to act from a balanced and progressive place.

Raising awareness of our emotional reactions: understanding the mechanisms of anxiety, the automatic interpretations, the distortions of thinking that we have - all of these are critical to allow us to choose to behave differently, to allow us to begin to develop a distinct existence, one that is not activated and reacts automatically - but can and should choose the reaction and behavior ours, in front of ourselves and in front of others.

The ability to regulate and manage emotions is an inseparable element of a good and fulfilling life and benevolent and healthy relationships.
The design of our consciousness and its understanding, control over the way we think, the ability to calm ourselves in a situation of stress, tension and anxiety - all of these are achievable and are a first and foremost training goal.
Social anxiety, insecurity, disturbing thoughts, negative and catastrophic thinking are mostly defense mechanisms that were developed as a response to a real need, but most of the time have become harmful.

The holistic training method incorporates practices that enable multidimensional change:
Consciousness - imparting knowledge that is essential to raising self-awareness and understanding the distortions of thinking and the internal and external mechanisms that affect us, using the APR model to change automatic thinking patterns, guided imagination, mental training for being present in the here and now, etc.
Mind - discourse, listening, emotional techniques such as the inner child, cultivating self-love, increasing the sense of self-worth, strengthening the sense of ability, reducing self-criticism and comparisons to others, and strengthening the muscle of faith in life and optimism,
Body - calming the body and the nervous system and establishing a new physical experience,
Behavioral change - to establish the change in practice and create a new reality.

All of this with the understanding that only a change that includes all aspects of human existence is a change that truly allows for the creation of a new reality. Only real inner empowerment, reliance on internal and external mechanisms available to us, optimism and self-confidence,
They are the ones that ultimately reduce the intensity of anxiety and stress and increase our mental resilience.

The meetings are held on Zoom and last an hour. All body techniques are also very effective in online training.

"It is necessary for every man to know and understand that a candle burns within him, and his own candle is not as good as his friend's, and there is no one who does not have a candle. And it is necessary for every man to know and understand that he must labor and reveal the light of the candle to many, and light it into a great flame and illuminate the whole world" Rabbi Kook

Personal training is a series of meetings designed to help achieve goals and create a positive change in life.
It is a process that faces forward into the future, and its purpose is to advance us towards our goals and the fulfillment of our dreams.
The personal training helps us make a change in our lives, take responsibility for ourselves and move towards a more complete and fulfilled life experience.
The need for realization and self-fulfillment is considered one of the highest and most important needs we have as human beings and this is the reason why more and more people these days turn to the process of personal training.

The desire for self-realization, for reaching our potential, for healing and listening to the parts that were not answered in our childhood, the desire to succeed, to experience harmony in our life, in our relationship, to feel that we are in our destiny - all of these are not luxuries at all but an expression of common human needs.

People turn to training for a variety of reasons and desires, for example:
Career change/finding a vocation,
lose weight / switch to a healthy lifestyle,
create a new relationship or improve an existing relationship,
Self-realization, success in business,
improving relationships,
enhance self-love, reduce self-judgment,
increase creativity, expression, joy, authenticity,
increase self-confidence and a sense of competence,
Learn emotional management, peace and calm, and much more.
The holistic training process combines tools from various disciplines, including tools from behavioral sciences, NLP, CBT (cognitive-behavioral training), positive psychology, guided imagination, mindfulness, advanced methods for time management, and more.

The training is an hour-long weekly meeting on Zoom.

Surprisingly, couple coaching can occur even when only one of the couple is coming. A marital relationship is a relative (relative) system in which we and our spouses are very much influenced (mostly unconsciously) by the feelings, thoughts, beliefs and of course the behaviors of the other.
To start a change in relationship, shift, healing, often enough that only one of the couple takes responsibility for his / her place in the relationship and his / her level of satisfaction from him / her, creates clarity for himself, strengthens, clarifies his desires, and works on his / her parts of the relationship - to motivate The other side to the action as well.
A change in one of the family members / the couple inevitably creates a new dynamic in the home. There is of course no certainty in which direction the displacement will take place, but it can be assumed that in case there is a real desire and a desire to develop and correct, even if there are of course difficulties, the other side will be affected, and in some cases even join the process.
Today there are many methods in the field of couple therapy and coaching.
As a rule, a coach does not treat and the training approach is at eye level when the trainee is the life expert and the coach's job is to help him connect to the sources of power and strength within him and act from them.
However, couple coaching is a field of knowledge where couples learn and assimilate new knowledge from the field of relationships.
This is a relatively short-term process in which real tools are given to change the behavior in the relationship. The couple is exposed to new knowledge, close communication, changing limiting perceptions and beliefs, and equipping themselves with behavioral-practical tools that will help them overcome the challenges between them in a good and loving way.
As a rule, differences do not necessarily indicate a mismatch.
In fact, 70 percent (!) Of the conflicts between the spouses are inconsistent and stem from inherent differences in perceptions, values, family / cultural background, and more and more.
The aspiration in couple coaching is to bridge the gap in cases where it is possible, and to learn to live well together within the space of disagreement, in cases where it is not possible to bridge the gap.
The aspiration is to create an imperfect relationship (since neither of us is perfect) - but happy and good.
There are cases where couples arrive for training too late, when the resentment is already growing and the opportunity for correction is less possible, or the decision has already been made but want to "make V" for couple therapy. Separation is also a couple act and can definitely be done in a respectful way, especially when children are involved.
It is important to remember that a breakup is not a failure. The purpose of a relationship in our lives is not to survive and necessarily to last but to move us on a journey of personal development. Of course our ambition is to do this together, but there are certainly cases where our significant development and personal progress happens precisely out of a decision to leave and start over.
The coaching process can help the couple, together and separately, embark on a new path, come to terms with the end of the relationship and accompany them on their new path.

Personal coaching is a process that is suitable for anyone who wants to make a change in his life, to fulfill dreams and goals - that is, for the vast majority of people.

The training is suitable for most people and does not constitute psychological treatment (see below for the difference between training and treatment).

Personal training is suitable for anyone who wants to accomplish something in his life, that is, for the vast majority of people.

In the event that I identify that the trainee is not suitable for a training process (and need some therapeutic process) I stop the coaching process and refer him for treatment - according to the ethics rules of the Coaches' Association.

As a certified coach of the bureau, I am committed to complete confidentiality with the trainee and to the rules of ethics of the Coaches' Bureau in Israel.

The holistic training is a development of the traditional coaching, where a person is treated as a complete (holistic) being, consisting of body, mind and spirit. The reason for this is the understanding created following years of working with trainees using only cognitive or only behavioral tools - that the person as mentioned above is a complex being - and that a change that does not happen in all human aspects - does not last long.
During the training I combine tools from different and varied worlds such as behavioral sciences, CBT, questionnaires, guided imagination, NLP, mindfulness, the Kaizen method for behavioral change, advanced methods for time management and more.
Each training is unique and adapted to the trainee according to what suits him, so that any change achieved through the training will express a deep and sustainable change and will bring maximum results.
The two approaches are aimed at achieving change and advancing the person towards his goals, and there are many overlapping elements between them. However, there are differences between psychological therapy and personal training. Coaching is a goal-oriented process, with the trainee driven to action and create new habits. Future-focused training - in order to achieve future goals, motivates the trainee forward, for the purpose of doing and less for the purpose of insight as psychological therapy does. The coach is not a psychologist, he is not busy with mental diagnosis and of course we can not coach a trainer who needs emotional / mental support or treatment of complex mental cases. In training the trainee is the expert for his life, it is an equal relationship, at eye level. The coach does not advise, express an opinion or diagnose, but uses the training expertise to empower the trainee, his self-confidence and his inner authority, assuming that the answers are always with the trainee and only need to help him reveal them.
A personal training process by its very nature is a short-term process of several months.
The training starting point is that with the help of a relatively short number of sessions, a perceptual-behavioral change can be produced and the person can be moved towards fulfilling his goals. However, whether it is a trainee who is interested in achieving multiple goals, or whether it is a more complex goal, each process is individual and according to the trainee’s personal pace of progress and level of dedication to the process, so there is no one right answer for everyone.
